Hello Ninjas! Did you heard about that case where a child spent thousands of dollars in the App Store? (If you haven’t click here!) Well you don’t want to make it in the news that way so here we will show you how to enable restrictions on your iPad to keep your child away from app and in-app purchases!
- Your iPad (well, maybe your son’s iPad)
- 5 minutes
- Step 1
- Step 2
- Step 3
- Step 4
- Step 5
- Step 6
2.- Tap Enable Restrictions and then enter a Passcode (one that only you can remember easily!)
3.- On the Allow section you can disable apps like Safari, Facetime and iTunes and features like the Camera or Installing or Deleting Apps
You can also restrict account changes, volume limit and in Game Center you can disable the ability of adding new friends or multiplayer games.
Enjoy the benefits of a safely restricted iPad! Of course you can turn off some restrictions as your child becomes more responsible with the device and maybe later you won’t even need them.
As always if you have any questions let us know in the comments!
